D-Flex — Torque Wrench

Modular system and compact design that allows a single cylinder to operate with up to 8 cassettes for different bolt diameters, with a small head radius ideal for small spaces. The D-Flex has a dual hose system to speed up work, a wide range of supports and adapters, and a TORQUE-FIX mechanism that keeps the wrench in position. Its double hose swivel connection, with two pivot points (360º and 270º), offers maximum flexibility and is compatible with any DAX pump, making it ideal for field or plant applications, such as ASME or MSS SP-44 flanges.

DRS — Torque Wrench

The Single Hose System is compatible with all ITH pumps and adapts to multiple applications using DRS-KSE, DRS-VE and DRS-SE adapters. Its toothed steel housing and adjustable reaction arm offer 360° rotation with three positions, while the two-point swivel hydraulic connection and touch lock control ensure maximum flexibility and ease of use. Ideal for DRS-VE adapters in existing nuts, with custom design options available upon request.

CX — Torque Wrench

The Double Hose System allows quick work in the field or workshop thanks to its modular and lightweight design that offers easy access to the tool. It has an ultra-light, hardened housing, and a locking mechanism compatible with CX-KSE, CX-SE or CX-VE adapters. Its asymmetric and adjustable support in both directions, together with the TORQUE-FIX mechanism that fixes the wrench in position, guarantees stability in demanding applications. In addition, the toothed housing allows 360° rotation and the double hose swivel connection, with two pivot points, offers maximum flexibility. Ideal for multiple applications and compatible with any DAX pump, this system is perfect for CX-VE adapters on existing nuts.

DKS — Torque Wrench

Compact design with a small head radius, ideal for limited spaces. Compatible with various adapters (DKS-A, DKS-AN, DKS-AS, DKS-AV), it has an extra strong support plate and an easy-to-operate hydraulic cylinder, based on a patented sprocket system and a robust dual-component housing for quick maintenance. Its 2-point swivel hydraulic connection offers maximum flexibility, making it perfect for applications in tight spaces that require specific adapters.

ADS 3+ — Battery

The ITH ADS 3+ is an advanced wireless tightening system, with a compact planetary gearbox that offers high speed and power in a single gear. Its indicator light, automatic shutdown and free rotation guarantee accuracy (± 4%), while its cable-free design and Li-HD battery options (5.5 Ah or 8.0 Ah) make it flexible and adaptable to various applications. Available in Basic, ALPHA and Docu configurations, with models ranging from 500 Nm to 7,000 Nm.

EDS — Electric Screwdriver

The EDS integrates a multi-function screen for comprehensive control, automatically adjusts the speed (ITH Automatic Slow Turn) and activates the free-run once the torque configured for safe removal has been reached. With a powerful 1,300 W motor and adaptable to 50 Hz or 60 Hz, it offers an optional 2-speed gear and a torque reproducibility of ± 4%. Its planetary gear system, ergonomic handle and reaction arm on a toothed surface guarantee stable positioning, ideal for in-situ and international applications.

PDS — Pneumatic Screwdriver

The PDS is an ideal pneumatic tool for areas at risk of explosion, since it is operated by air compressors without the need for electrical sources. It fixes the torque using a precision control valve, offers optional speed change and independent rotation for safe positioning. It incorporates a planetary gear system, 4-step switch, anti-slip handle and reaction arm on a toothed surface.

ES — Mono-stage

The ITH Model ES Bolt Tensioner is a single-stage tool with a flat design, ideal for small spaces. Designed for 8.8 and 10.9 quality bolts (from M16 to M110), it guarantees precise and uniform tightening with patented safety, such as the cycle counter and the anti-fracture device. Its modular design adapts to different thread profiles and types of nuts, offering secure connections

SES — Single Stage Mono

The ITH Bolt Tensioner Model SES is a single-stage tool with a simple and compact design, ideal for applications in spaces with axial and radial restrictions. Designed for 8.8 and 10.9 quality bolts, it offers precise and uniform tightening, ensuring secure connections in various applications, such as ANSI flange mounting and other critical installations.

The ITH Model ESH Bolt Tensioner with hollow piston is a single-stage tool with an optimized design for limited spaces. Its hollow piston allows efficient and precise tightening management, ensuring a uniform pre-load on quality 8.8 and 10.9 bolts. Ideal for critical applications such as mounting flanges, pumps and high-strength structures, it offers safe and reliable connections in demanding environments.

ESX - Single stage with quick exchange

The ITH Model ESX Bolt Tensioner with quick exchange is a single-stage tool with a compact design that allows you to quickly change its components, speeding up the tensioning process. Designed for 8.8 and 10.9 quality bolts, it offers precise and uniform tightening in critical applications such as flanges, pumps and high-strength structures, ensuring secure connections.

MS — Multi stage

The ITH Model MS Bolt Tensioner is a multi-stage tool designed to provide accurate and uniform tightening on high-strength bolts. Its progressive system allows the tightening load to be distributed in a balanced manner, ensuring safe connections in critical applications such as mounting flanges, pumps and robust structures. Ideal for demanding environments, this device optimizes the accuracy of the applied torque and improves efficiency in the tension process.

MSK — Multi-stage with Safety Nut

Compact tensioner ideal for tight spaces, with minimum thread projection (1.0 x d). Compatible with various nuts (hexagonal, heavy, ISO 4032, DIN 2510, EN 14399 and round). It incorporates patented safety (anti-fracture device, automatic piston return, cycle counter and spring-operated screwdriver). Its modular design makes it possible to adapt stretchers and supports for critical applications, such as mounting rotor blades and bolted joints.

MSH — Multi Stage with Hollow Piston

Open design ideal for foundation bolts, heat exchangers and flanges, allowing tensioners to be installed in long screw projections. It incorporates a flexible counter-nut for quick mounting and guarantees the transfer of pre-load force using an ITH counter-nut, standard hexagonal nut or ITH attachable nuts. In addition, it includes patented safety features, such as a cycle counter, protective handle for hydraulic connection and automatic piston return, optimizing the tightening process on long threaded rods.

Twin — Multi-stage Bolt Tensioner

Two-tensioner fusion design that allows two bolted connections (from M16 to M52) to be tightened simultaneously with reduced spacing. It has two stretchers in a single device, which can be mounted individually for easy assembly. Its modular design incorporates an interchangeable support with integrated window for adjusting the nuts, and offers patented safety with a cycle counter and anti-fracture device. Ideal for applications such as the M30x2 connecting rod and V-motor connections, allowing critical connections to be precisely tensioned.

Segment model bolt tensioners

It allows 4 or more bolts (M42 onwards) to be tensioned simultaneously in a single operation. Its modular design, optimized weight and ergonomic handles facilitate quick assembly, while patented safety features, such as the cycle counter and the anti-fracture device, ensure a precise tightening that reduces the risk of leaks. In addition, it can be combined with several segment tensioners depending on the dimensions of the flange and the spacing between bolts.

PD/PSD Documentation System

Automatic control of the tightening process ITH integrates a pressure increase system (APC) that manages the application of force, facilitating the digital measurement of the stretch of each bolt. Its intuitive software allows for the simple and customizable management of critical data, while the results are easily documented and stored in Excel or PDF formats via a USB connection or wireless LAN.
